Planning Your Business Design

It is common practice to start out into business because you want more flexibility, to be your own boss, to have a greater income and to be able to enjoy a bit more freedom that what a 9-5 j.o.b. may currently provide for you.

It is often with a big ‘bang’ that after you have had your doors open, whether they be brick and mortar doors or online doors,  you realise that all is not working out as you had planned.   You are struggling to attract clients, you will take anyone who shows even a slight interest in your product or service, and even worse, you have to work really hard to convince them to buy from you.

How nice would it be if you had a message that reflected your unique personality and brand? A message that explained very clearly what it is you can do for your client, and importantly, who is it that you want as an ideal client and where can you find them easily so they will come to you to ask to do business rather than you having to chase after them.

All of these things are key considerations when you are designing your business.  Too many people plough head first into their business idea without setting in place a solid foundation from which to build.  And not just any foundation, but one that is centered around a business plan and design that will allow you to fulfill all your initial reasons for starting in the first place.   Today I presented The D.E.S.I.G.N. Business System to a group of ladies from the Business Divas, Albany and they were thrilled with the jam packed workshop and had fantastic ‘take-away- value that will allow each of them to tailor or re-design a business plan that is designed to meet their lifestyle and financial needs.
