Do you have friends that you talk to several times a week?

If you are anything like me, you probably said ‘yes’ to all of these questions.

For some reason, people feel that this is an ok way to communicate
with their friends, and then when it comes to their online business and
sending out email broadcasts, they feel uncomfortable repeating these
same kinds of actions.
 
It’s my guess you’ve gone into business because you have a message

I’ve got a quick way for you to maximize recurring sales that you might like. The reason is this is one of those things that you do once, and once it’s done it’s going to drive extremely targeted buying traffic for life.
 
This is what you do first… 
 
You pick the product or service you are going to promote. This might be your own, or it could be an affiliate product you want to offer. 
 
Select the buying keywords for this product.   For example if you are selling internet marketing training it could be ‘buy internet marketing training’. Other examples might be ‘buy weight loss program’ or ‘buy investment property’. Once you have your buying keywords you’re ready to go.

So here’s what you do . .

You write articles with those keywords in the headline and sprinkled throughout the content, then you submit them to places like:

ArticleCity.com
iSnare.com

Just to name a few.

You write an article on your wordpress.org blog and you include the keywords mentioned above in the title of your blog and you sprinkle
those keywords throughout the content.
(You could use a blogger.com or wordpress.com blog, but I highly recommend you having your own blog.)

You go to HubPages.com and Squidoo.com and do the same thing.

You create a FaceBook page, group, fan page, and write notes for the above keywords.

You go to YouTube.com and create video content for the same keywords.

You then link all these things back to your product sales page or affiliate link, and what you’ve done is you’ve literally flooded the
market with content targeted to people most highly likely to buy.
 
It doesn’t cost a cent to do any of this, and you’ll be getting targeted buying traffic for years for taking a few moments to set your little system up to enjoy passive income over and over again.
 

So, that’s it. I guarantee when you use the strategy described above you’ll be seeing higher sales commissions for years to come and have emails just like mine popping into your  inbox day after day too.

Using Facebook Ads for Added Exposure

Things have changed – I’m doing Facebook Ads! I am in the processing of embracing a new marketing strategy that I have to admit, I had never been interested before.  I’d seen all the ad’s down my Facebook page but hadn’t yet considered the concept of Facebook Ads for my own business.  After reading IM Revolution by Matt Lloyd, I knew that I just had to step outside of my comfort zone and embrace this new advertising opportunity.  I believe Facebook advertising is still in its early days and those who master it now, will be leaps and bounds ahead of their competition.

I’ve committed to a very intense mentoring structure and paid some big $ to learn this process and I want to take you along the journey with me so you can too can learn to generate leads into any business.

Why Do Facebook Ads?

Did you know that more than 1/3 of Facebook users earn more than $100k per year?? And 30% earn $60-100k! That means more than 60% of Facebook users earn more than $ 60,000 per year?? So… did you THINK you might want to consider doing some Facebook Ads?

Facebook offers an advertising service that has a price attached to it but could be worthwhile to test in an effort to increase fans to your  Facebook Ads, Facebook page, promote an event, your product or service.

You can create Facebook ads using your own text and images, and you can target who will see your ads based on location, occupation, and a variety of other demographic criteria.  Ads are displayed to users who meet your criteria.

That’s why you will have noticed that all the ads that appear on your page are relevant to your interests, likes, location etc and will be completely different from another user who has different interests, likes and location.

What Do Facebook Ads Cost?

When you create Facebook ads, you determine how high you’d like to bid for space to display your ad.  Facebook uses your ad-targeting criteria and your maximum bid price to serve ads to Facebook users.  You can set up your ad so you either pay whenever someone clicks on your ad (pay per click) or whenever your ad is served (pay per impression.)  You can control your budget, so the risk is limited.  I recommend starting out at $1.00 per bid, and then adjusting this down as you get good results.  To start off with you need to keep your bid price around the $1.00 mark so that you are able to compete against others for the advertising space.  As your Facebook ads start to get show and gets clicks, then Facebook will reward you by still showing your ad, even if you reduce your bid price.

To create Facebook ads, simply click on the Advertising link at the bottom right side of any Facebook page.

Create a Facebook Ad

The Facebook Advertising page opens up.  Next, click on the Create an Ad button near the top right of your screen to open the Advertise on Facebook page when you can enter the text for your an and upload your ad image.  Once your ad is set up, you can set your budget and configure your targeting criteria.  Facebook offers a variety of reports to help you track the performance of your ads, and you can make changes at any time in order to maximize the return on your investment.

My Results With Facebook Ads So Far..

I have been promoting two different products using Facebook Ads.  The first has had 24 new opt-ins that will be lead into a sales funnel for a $997 product.  The second lead capture page has had 22 new opt-ins and will be lead into a $297 product.    Would you like to have had 46 people join your list in the last two weeks?

My Fanpage ‘likes’ has gone from 357 to 680 and my audience reach on this page has skyrocketed from 178 people to 48,874 people.

I remember when I first started working my new marketing business back in 2009 and I hit my first four figure week.  I  was speaking to a friend and prospect telling her that I was looking for clients like a crazy woman; going to networking events, chatting to people on Facebook and working my butt off to get ahead and into making some serious money in this new business venture.

When I was explaining to this friend about what I was doing she said, “That sounds like the hard way, I thought you were just going to use the Internet”. And there goes unrealistic expectation person off to their doom…

What it does do though is prove my point. Most small business entrepreneurs go to the Internet out of weakness. They use it because they do NOT want to improve their skills in connecting with people.  Many of them use the internet because they believe it will be simpler and easier. The fact of the matter is learning online  marketing takes longer, has a huge learning curve and has the potential to be more costly than the traditional methods. Does this mean I just don’t like Marketing online? Absolutely NOT!  I just want to be sure you know some secrets that the guru’s know but don’t tell you…

Online Marketing SecretsMarketing in of itself takes a long time to learn. Identifying your target market and ideal prospect,  attracting people with good copy and creating a website, your email autoresponder messages, hosting and your social media accounts will put a STOP to about 42% of all folks from ever moving forward. If you DO possess skills in the technical department, you might still find challenges on what to communicate to your target prospects to attract them. All of this takes patience, time and determination. Especially if you don’t have mentorship, guidance or a system to follow.

IF you want to get fast results for your online business you will need to move your focus from CHASING to attraction marketing. To get better at attracting more leads and clients you will want to simply get better at just connecting with other human beings and offering greater value. This is a number to aim for if you are working your business part time.  If you are full time – you should be contacting 20-100 per day  IF you have a determination to make good money quickly.

3. Get out and about. Attend any major event that happens for your industry and live events that put you amongst other online marketing experts.  Understand that you don’t need to buy everything, but instead, absorb the knowledge and network with those of success.

You can be very creative with a blogging business model when you research and write about topics that you have a great interest for. Spend some time researching your topic first to be sure that people are already buying information on your blog topics. It all depends on how you start, how you keep working and how long you can devote your time and effort to your online blogging business.
  3. Affiliate Marketing: This is one of the easiest and best ways of making money on the web.  I recommend and use it personally to earn money on line. This is where you can make money by selling other people’s products. You are given your own personal affiliate link to promote and then you earn a commission each time people buy through your affiliate link. This is one of the best home business models because it involves less hard work and less investment compared to some other models. It is really very easy to start and can be how to get cash quickly. I prefer to only recommend products I have purchased or use myself.  I think the products you promote should have a good customer service. After all, it is your reputation on the line when you recommend products to others. Personally, I take that very seriously and would not risk my reputation by recommending shonky products.
  4. Sell Physical Products: Personally I am yet to try this as a business model. I’ve only sold some personal items on eBay – and even that was very profitable. This model can be how to get cash quickly from selling physical products on eBay or your own on line shopping store.  There is less sales copy, reviews and testimonials involved when you sell a physical product compared to selling digital products. You do need to be available to ship the product promptly so that you keep a good reputation with your customers.

Which is the best home business model would you recommended for newbie?

Whenever I get asked this question, I recommend affiliate marketing and selling your own information. You can easily start them with very little investment and without too much preparation.

Do You Have A Lead Capture Page?

Are you leaving thousands of dollars on the table?

I was conducting a marketing seminar a couple of years ago and I asked the question “How many people know exactly who is visiting their website?” I remember one lady as she chimed in saying “I have Google Analytics so yes, I know exactly how many hits I have and where they come from.”

After congratulating her on having the tracking statistics I went on to explain that knowing the number of ‘hits’ was of absolutely no use if she wasn’t capturing the visitors or prospects’ email information and name.  This is the only way she is able to develop a list of people who are interested in her product, and to continue to market to them.

It’s one of the most basic strategies for successful online marketing, yet one I still see so many people not using.

The process is what’s called a Lead Capture Page.  It can also be referred to as a Squeeze Page but they all serve the same function.

 

If someone lands on your website, we can safely assume that they have an interest in something to do with the information you have.

The sole purpose of a Lead Capture Page is to collect the name and email address of someone who may be interested in your product or service. In other words, the main purpose of your Lead Capture Page should be to generate a lead..

A good Lead Capture Page is usually a one page site with some intriguing copy that encourages the visitor to fill out the form, commonly called an ‘opt in form’, with their name and email address and request more information. When a new prospect fills out the opt in form on your website with their name and email address, they can then be automatically directed to another page to receive the information they requested.

If you then connect an Autoresponder system to this opt in form, you can continue to provide your  prospects with additional information about your product or service through a series of automated follow-up messages.

You can generate more opt in leads by giving away something free in exchange for a prospect’s contact information such as a free report or free download. This is often the bit that prevents most people from taking action to create their lead capture page.   This free report doesn’t have to be an enormous long report.  In fact short, concise, useful information is best. The information should be about what your prospects want most.  You might choose to create a 5 or 7 step video series instead of a written report.  Videos are proving to be converting well at the moment.

If we look at the page as a whole; an effective Lead Capture Page will have an emotion grabbing headline, some short body copy or bullet points, and a Call to Action. This page should have all the components of what is known as the AIDA formula:

A     Attention

I       Interest

D     Desire

A     Action

The Call to Action is the text that is used to get the prospect to request more information.

Once again, the main purpose of the Lead Capture Page is to .Generate A Lead..

Why You Need To Know Who Visits Your Website!

After mentoring and coaching small business owners now for several years and I still see so many have websites that are nothing more than a pretty brochure. These sites are focused on information all about the business, rather than being an effective client attraction tool that will get more highly qualified leads and ultimately, more sales.

Entrepreneurs get an idea to create a business. First comes their new business card and then creating a website is often next on their priority list.  (I can’t say I always agree with this, but that’s another day.) They set about creating a beautiful looking website with a few words and lots of pretty pictures. Then sit back and wonder why their sales aren’t increasing.

It can be hard enough to attract new clients to your website, without having them visit your site, only to leave again and you not knowing who was there.  You might have some statistics from something like Google Analytics where you can look up your ‘hits’. But this statistic is really useless if you have no way of capturing your ideal clients’ details so that you can continue to provide them with interesting information and offers to buy from you.

So the goal becomes creating something that makes people say, “That’s what I want!” and they give you their name and contact details. Or you might say they ‘opt in to your list’.  Your list is one of your businesses major assets. It continues to grow as you grow your business. The size of your list is important; the bigger the better. But what’s more important is that you create a list of highly targeted clients who already want what you offer. I like to refer to this free opt in offer as your “Awesome Free Offer” or AFO.

When people are searching the internet, they are looking for a solution to something. They want their problems solved.  You have to understand that no one wants to read about how many certificates you have, or receive yet another newsletter. But they do want you to tell them how to make their problem go away. Here are some examples of ‘awesome free offers’.  A dog trainer might offer “5 ways to stop your dog digging holes”. A fitness instructor might offer “7 keys to an effective workout in less than 30 minutes per day”. A business trainer might offer “7 big reasons people don’t become millionaires and what you should do to become one.”

Use a ‘number’ in your offer title and decide if it is going to be steps, keys or tips that you are going to share. This gives the impression (correctly so), that it is relatively easy to achieve the result you are offering. And people like the sound of ‘easy’.

There are many ways you can present your opt in offer (AFO) that don’t need to take a lot of time or money.

Here are some ideas you might want to consider to attract new clients:

  3. Free Sample
  4. Recorded Audios
  5. Video Courses
  6. List of Resources
  7. Free Trial
  8. Tips Sheet
  9. PLR Product Download
  10. Live Conference Calls
  11. Email Courses
  12. Gift Certificate, Gift Card, or $ Off Purchase
  13. Training Video
  14. Live Webinar
  15. Free Consultation/Coaching
  16. White Paper
  17. Blog Instillation or Technical Help
  18. Phone Apps
  19. Software Download
  20. Membership
  21. Subscription
  22. Expert Interviews (Recorded, Live, or Written)
  23. Contest or Challenge

Any of these ideas can by used, or if you want to be clever, you can combine them to add more value.  Keeping it simple though is always a good idea.  Too much information can confuse your prospect.

People want a FAST FIX! The QUICKEST way to give them to what they want is key. What is the result that people want that you can deliver?  This should be the main statement of your opt in offer.

As your list grows, you can continue to use simple marketing strategies to turn prospects into loyal clients.
